AI motion control, in batch: one picture of your character, a hundred clips
Motion control takes a video and a picture, and gives back the video's movement performed by the character in the picture. Most motion control sites do it one clip at a time: upload, wait, download, start again. Mass Motion Control takes one picture of your character and a whole batch of clips, runs several at once on the provider you choose, and shows you the cost before you press Start.
What AI motion control does
You give it a source video and a picture of your character. It generates a new video where your character performs the same movement, with the same framing and the same timing. Depending on where you read about it, it is called motion control, motion transfer, character swap, or replacing the person in a video — it is the same idea.
Where it gets slow is volume. A content calendar does not need one clip, it needs fifty a week, each with the same character, the same look and the same settings. That is the part this tool is built for.
From one clip to a whole batch
- One picture of your character. Save it in a preset with your settings, and switch characters in one click.
- Drop the clips. From your computer, or sent straight from the finders and the Chrome extension — no downloading and re-uploading files.
- Pick the mode, the provider and the quality. Face & Hair or Full Body; 480p, 720p or 1080p. The cost of the batch is shown before you start.
- Press Start. The queue runs several videos at a time and paces itself to the provider. The settings are read on the click, so a last-minute change applies to the whole batch.
- Keep going. Every video lands in your library, ready to upscale, caption, make unique and send to Google Drive or Telegram.
Face & Hair or Full Body
Face & Hair
- Swaps the face and the hair only
- The outfit of the source video stays
- Best when the clip's styling is part of why it works
Full Body
- Your character's whole look replaces the person
- Give it a head-to-toe picture, outfit clearly visible
- Best when the outfit is part of your character
A "facial consistency" option keeps the same face, hair and skin tone across every frame, so the character does not drift back toward the original person halfway through the clip.
Wan 3.0 or Kling Motion Control: your choice of provider
Mass Motion Control runs on Wan 3.0, with the provider as a menu: Kie.ai, WaveSpeed (Wan 3.0 Video Edit) or Higgsfield (Wan 3.0 References). Kling 3.0 Motion Control is in the Image & Video studio, on Kie.ai, WaveSpeed, Atlas Cloud or Higgsfield — and Kling 2.6 Motion Control on Higgsfield as well.
Each one runs on your own key at that provider, billed by the provider at its own price. The same model is rarely the same price everywhere, so run ten clips on two providers and keep the one that wins on your content.
Higgsfield motion control, kept busy
If you already pay for Higgsfield, use it here: Wan 3.0 References on Higgsfield, Kling Motion Control with your Higgsfield API key, in batches instead of one clip at a time. When the same job costs less on another provider, switch it there — more on that on the Higgsfield alternative page.
Is there a free motion control AI?
Free tiers exist, generally for a few short clips. They are fine to test the idea, not to post every day. Here the tool is part of your plan, and every generation is billed by the provider you pick, on your own account, at its price — no credits to buy from us, no markup, nothing that expires at the end of the month.
Use it the right way
Motion control is made for your own character. Use source clips as a motion reference, respect the rights of the videos you start from, and never put a real person's face or body on a video without their consent. The rules are in the Terms.

Run a real batch, not a demo clip
Every pack opens the whole platform free to start with — 15 days, 1 month or 2 months depending on the pack. Long enough to remake a week of content and compare two providers on it.
