Running an AI influencer agency: the tools behind several AI models
One AI influencer is a creative project. Five of them is an operation: five characters to keep consistent, a post every day for each, ideas to find, videos to make, files to deliver to the right place, a team that needs to see the same thing. Onyx.AI is built for that part — the production line behind the characters — on your own provider keys, with nothing added to their price.
What an AI influencer agency actually does
Like a talent agency, except the talents are virtual. The agency designs each character — a face, a style, a niche, a voice — publishes for it every day, grows its audience and works with brands that want a creator who never misses a shoot. The creative decisions stay human. What scales badly is everything around them, and that is what a tool can take over.
The production line, one character at a time
- Find what works in the niche. The IG Niche Finder starts from a few accounts you like, finds the rest of the niche and ranks each Reel by how far it beats its account's usual views.
- Review it as a team. Each candidate goes to a private Telegram bot: Accept, Reject or Accept and save the account. You decide, or your assistant does, from a phone.
- Remake it with the right character. Mass Motion Control, face swap and the Carousel Maker work from presets: one per character, so nobody mixes up faces or settings.
- Finish the files. Upscale, word-by-word captions, and a distinct file for every upload.
- Deliver. To Google Drive, one folder per character and per run, or straight to Telegram. The Automatic Pipeline chains all of it, one pipeline per character.
Costs that grow with the work, not with a seat count
What you pay for
- The modules you use, monthly — the more modules, the bigger the discount
- Generations, billed by the provider on your own key (Kie.ai, WaveSpeed, Atlas Cloud, Higgsfield)
- The real price of each generation, nothing on top
What you do not pay for
- Credits bought from us, or a conversion rate
- A balance that expires at the end of the month
- Tools nobody on the team uses
An agency running several characters usually spends most of its money on generations. Running them on your own keys, and switching a batch to the provider that is cheapest for that model, is where the margin is — more on that on the Higgsfield alternative page.
How to start an AI influencer agency
- Start with one character and one niche. A recognisable face, a clear style, a niche where brands already pay creators. Prove one before you build five.
- Make production boring. Same character, same settings, a post every day. Consistency is what grows an account — and what tools are good at.
- Be open about what it is. Label AI content where the platform asks for it and disclose every paid partnership. Brands that work with virtual creators expect it, and audiences trust a character that says what it is.
- Add characters when the line runs without you. When finding, making and delivering content takes a review on your phone rather than an afternoon, the second character costs little.
Rules to know before you sign a brand
- Platforms. Instagram and TikTok ask for realistic AI-generated or AI-altered content to be labelled, and for paid partnerships to be tagged as such.
- Advertising law. A sponsored post is an ad, whoever — or whatever — the creator is. In France, commercial content showing a virtual person must say so.
- Real people. Never use a real, identifiable person's face or body without their consent. The characters must be your own.
Onyx.AI does not post for you and does not take these decisions for you: the tools make the content, the agency stays responsible for how it is published. The Terms say the same.
Common questions
What is an AI influencer agency? A team that creates and runs several AI-generated characters on social media — the content, the audience and the brand deals.
Are AI influencers allowed on Instagram and TikTok? Yes, within the platforms' rules: realistic AI content labelled, paid partnerships disclosed.
Is it profitable? It can be once production is cheap and steady. Generations are the main cost, which is why they run on your own keys at the provider's price.
Can my assistant work on the same characters? Yes — reviews happen in Telegram and finished videos land in a shared Google Drive folder per character.
